Reconnecting Communities
Come be a part of CalFP history and join us for our first annual meeting as CalFP, which now covers the entire state and replaces the Southern California Association for Food Protection (SCAFP).

For our first meeting, we are partnering with the Pacific Southwest Section of AOAC International to bring together food safety experts from academia, industry, and government. Invited speakers include:

In addition to the technical program, we will also have social events, including a welcome reception and tour of the UC Davis Beer, Wine and Olive Oil Laboratories (no extra charge).

Olive Oil Demonstration
Separate Registration/Charge Required
On Tuesday, March 28, we have an exciting added option. The UC Davis Olive Center will host a tasting. Their experts will introduce you to extra virgin olive oils and you will learn about defects and issues, types and classes of oils, varieties, and myths. A separate registration and an additional $35 charge are required.
